You dislike the item you ordered? No problem - simply send it back to us in accordance with our following guidelines:

Any request for a return must be reported by email to info@theroomhd.com. You have 14 days after receipt of the goods to do this.

We can only accept your return, if the following requirements are met:

Your ordered item is in its original condition and has not been worn. After receiving the package, our team will assess the condition of the returned item(s).

The return will be rejected if one of the following cases occurs:

• The ordered item was damaged, worn or has other signs of wear/odors.

• The returned product does not match the one originally ordered.

In this case, you will be contacted by our team within You will be notified by email within 7 days that your return has been rejected. We will explain to you in detail why we did not accept the return. You then have the option of having the package sent back to any address at your expense.

Does the return cost me anything?

The shipping costs of a return must always be borne by the customer.

Status of a return:

Refund: If we accept the return, the refund will be made within 14 days from the time our team received the return. The same payment method as when placing the order is used for this.

Exchange: The delivery time for the new product is on average two to four working days from the time we received the return.

Cancellation: Your package has not yet been sent and you would like your order cancel?All you have to do is contact our team at info@theroomhd.com. It is important to mention your order number. We will take care of everything else and you will receive another confirmation afterwards.
