Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €100. If you live in another country or if the minimum goods value is below the minimum value, these shipping costs will apply.

How long does delivery take?

All of our items are usually shipped within 48 hours by our team.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

We generally deliver worldwide as long as the current political and geological situation allows it.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped you will automatically receive an email. In this email you can access the current status of your order at any time using the “Track order” button.

Why didn't I receive a tracking number?

If you have not yet received a tracking number from DHL, this means that your order has not yet been shipped

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours.

If this is not the case for your order, please do not hesitate to send us an email to: info@theroomhd.com. In order to better process your request, please provide us with your full name and order number.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

I don't like or fit my item - what now?

If you don't like or fit the item you ordered, you have the right to return the item up to 14 days after receipt.

Can I cancel my order?

Have you changed your mind and no longer want the item you ordered?

If you have not yet received a shipping notification from us, you can cancel your order at any time by contacting info@theroomhd.com with your full name and order number.

Can I exchange items purchased in store?

Every item purchased in our store is non-returnable.
